PLEASE NOTE:

We have moved to a Sunday-only yoga schedule for the month of May. Furthermore, we will be suspending our yoga classes at the end of the month in order to reevaluate and restructure our yoga program.

The last yoga class in the studio before our summer hiatus will be held on Sunday, May 19.

The rest of the studio schedule is unaffected by this change. We look forward to serving you with new services, additional class offerings, and a revamped and robust yoga program in the fall.

Your feedback and suggestions for our improvement are more than welcome! All questions about our yoga program and yoga class schedule should be directed to Jason Gould, Studio Director.

At Urban Renewal Yoga, we aim to increase fitness, alleviate aches and pains, and reduce stress by teaching yoga postures, meditation, mind/body awareness, and breathing and relaxation techniques. We strive to interpret the ancient traditions of yoga through a modern-day application that is both relevant and rewarding. Our goal is to inspire individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives, and we are here to guide you toward finding your own fulfilling, holistic practice.
